Terms of Service

Effective date: 15 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SocialForge AI (“SocialForge”, “we”, “us”), including our website, web application, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SocialForge provides tools for businesses to create social content (including AI-assisted captions and media), manage a brand kit, schedule posts, connect social accounts, and publish content you approve to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age required in your country (and not under 16 where that higher standard applies for privacy).
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
  • If you use SocialForge on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Workspaces and teams

Content and connections may belong to a workspace. Workspace admins are responsible for inviting members, assigning roles, and ensuring teammates use the Service appropriately.

4. Your content and brand assets

  • You retain ownership of content and brand assets you upload or create (subject to licenses of any third-party materials you include).
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including sending content to AI and social platforms you use).
  • You represent that you have all rights needed for logos, images, music, trademarks, and personal data you submit or publish.

5. AI-generated content

Features may use third-party AI providers to generate text, images, or video. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for compliance with advertising, consumer, and platform rules.

6. Social platform connections

  • Connecting a social account authorizes SocialForge to access and use APIs according to the permissions you grant.
  • You must comply with each platform’s terms, developer policies, and community guidelines (including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
  • Platforms may change or revoke API access; we are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or rejected posts.
  • You can disconnect accounts in the product; publishing will stop for disconnected accounts.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content
  • Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its providers
  • Circumvent rate limits, billing, or access controls
  • Misrepresent affiliation with brands or people, or spam social networks
  • Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

8. Plans, credits, and billing

  • Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs are charged through our payment processor (Stripe) at the prices shown at checkout.
  • Credits are consumed by paid AI or publishing features as described in-product. Unused credits may expire according to your plan.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
  • We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (authentication, hosting, database, payments, AI, social APIs). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Intellectual property

SocialForge’s software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code except as needed to use the Service.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that publishing will succeed, that AI outputs will be accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALFORGE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify SocialForge against claims arising from your content, your social posts, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform rules.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if required by law or a platform partner. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
